An app designed for foodies who need a few extra pieces of information when it comes to choosing their next food adventure. This app aims to connect foodies, restaurants and friends in a way that makes the lunch out not only fun but food restriction safe. Breaking down restaurants and individual menu items by their common allergens alongside an in depth list of the ingredients and possible cross contaminations for each dish. This type of information can easily be provided by the listed restaurants and their publicly provided menus with customers able to confirm the accuracy of the listed ingredients and allergens. Food sensitive and restricted foodies can finally enjoy their nights out without worrying that not everyone at the table will be able to enjoy their meal EpiPen free.

Starting with an app persona, creating an app experience centered around the ease of finding and reading through detailed menus with noted allergen info relevant to each user and using user input to confirm accuracy of said menus.

An app experience that starts with filling out a survey on one’s food needs and ends with the ability to share restaurants directly to friends along with reviews of the user’s experience at the restaurants.
